Liz Prather/Yogeshwari, is a certified teacher in Vinyasa and Sivananda yoga. These 2 systems of yoga differ greatly and have brought her to a place in her practice and teaching that affords her students the athleticism of flowing postures (Vinyasa yoga) as well as the steadiness of mind that is at the heart of Sivananda yoga. With a background of dance and, thus, injuries, she is mindful of what truly helps chronic pain and offers students the challenge of breath work, balancing, long holds and guided relaxation to offer a well-rounded Hatha yoga practice.
