Relaxation
Guided by the instructor, the student gets a chance to focus on
either the gentle breath or a gazing point or both to allow the body
and all of its systems to relax properly. This brings a renewed
energy to the body and every cell. Relaxation is key in life so that
stress does not consume the body and mind and plague them with
health problems.
Vinyasa
Postures that are presented in a flowing style utilizing the breath to encourage a clear mind.

Sivananda
Classical Hatha yoga series developed by Swami Sivananda of India and spread to the West by his disciple, Swami Vishnu Devananda. it begins with 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises), then warmups: surya namaskar (sun salutations) and leg raises and then continues with 12 asanas or postures. relaxation is emphasized so that the mind stays focused and calm and the practitioner receives the greatest benefit from the practice.
Gentle

Chanting
A great way to practice focusing the mind. in yoga, the chants are, generally, in Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language) and using the vibrations made with the words, the mind is focused, the heart is opened and made healthy and the voice is used. Those who suffer from depression or a scattered mind will greatly benefit.
